Customers are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. For certain treatments (like termite or bed bug treatment), customers may be required to follow specific preparation steps communicated by our team.
Service fees are based on the area size and type of infestation. Payment should be made upon completion of the service or as per the agreed contract. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers.
We provide a warranty for specific treatments (e.g., Annual Maintenance Contracts). Claims must be made within the warranty period mentioned in your service invoice. Effectiveness of treatments may vary based on environmental factors and hygiene maintenance.
World King Pest Control shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, provided all professional protocols were followed correctly.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata/West Bengal.
